February 2008:
- Of the eight (8) units available, five (5) have been purchased since October 2007. There are two units (1100 square feet +) overlooking old market square. The Display Suite which faces south and west (1000 Square Feet +) is also available and ready to move into. All owners to date have designed and built their own uniquely styled homes. The variation is outstanding and the main advantage is that each owner has done it "their way"!
October 2007:
- Land Titles finally was able to complete the Land Title Registration and people began buying in earnest. !
January 24th, 2007:
- Date for possession PHASE II estimated as early as March, 2007!
May 5th, 2007:
- New Display is now complete. Finish your condo to your own
style. We'll do it for you or you can do it on your own. Our
designers will provide an initial one-hour consultation and
then BCWB will do all or any of the work in completing your
new home. Your other options are to bring in your own design
team and or contractors. The net result will be
your new home; done your way!
January 24th, 2007:
- Date for possession PHASE II estimated as early as March, 2007!
- Please Note: - Parking is available offsite.. There are
new parking spaces being created. Prices are variable dependent
upon whether the stall is 'open air', enclosed or enclosed
heated.
January 19th, 2006:
- Phase II is now in motion! Architectural Drawing and a new concept in Condo Development have begun.
